You can conditionally show or hide command bar buttons throughout your Ultimate Forms installation. By providing rules for everyone or for specific users or groups, you can control both built-in and Ultimate Forms buttons. For example, to completely hide Forms button, you will simply add a Hidden rule without any users/groups specified.

When you create a rule[s] for button, it is controlled by those rules. If the system does not find a rule that is suitable for the current user, an implicit Hide rule is assumed. That would be in the case when all other rules apply to users/groups that do not include the current user.

Global settings can be overridden at the specific list level. You access those settings from the Command bar menu in Form Designer.
