Standalone version
Up until now, Ultimate Forms has been tightly coupled with Microsoft SharePoint and was only available as a SharePoint solution/app.
With the availability of Data Connections functionality, you can now create forms based on a variety of additional data sources:
- Hosted by Infowise
- Salesforce
- Databases
- REST APIs
- SOAP web services
- Documents (CSV, Word, Excel) stored in SharePoint or on FTP servers
- Email (submit only)
As the result, our customers are now able to create record views and forms without involving SharePoint. For such customers, Ultimate Forms can be used as a standalone solution and not as a SharePoint add-on.
In standalone mode, you use one of the available identity providers to log into the system:
- Microsoft Account
Use the following URL to log into the standalone version:

We only use the identity provider to ensure you are who you say you are and your email address belongs to you. We are not asking for any additional details, beyond email and full name and do not request permissions to access additional resources on your behalf.
Once logged in, you might be presented with a Start Trial screen, in case there is no license associated with the email address. Once registered, you are able to use the features of Ultimate Forms. At this point, you are only able to create and manage Data Connections and their forms. More components will be able to work in the standalone mode in the future.
