Normally, forms you design in Ultimate Forms work with data stored in some 3rd party application, such as Microsoft SharePoint, Salesforce, database or any other data provider we support. Hosted data provider will store the data in a secure database we manage, so you can create and manage your forms without having to set up your own data store.

To use hosted forms, you have to create an organization with Hosted by Infowise data source. Once done, you can create new forms, by providing a unique form title, then dragging columns of different types on the design canvas. You can use up to 50 columns of each type on the form. We will perform automatic mapping between data column and column control on the form, so you don't have to worry about the logistics of data storage. 

Normally, you will allow only New form to be accessible to the outside users, either as hosted form (our URL) or embedded form (snippet on your own page). To view and manage submissions, you go into View Data page of the app.

Note that the Azure database used for the hosted data is fully secured and encrypted. Additionally, the actual physical database server is determined by the form creator's physical location, ensuring data sovereignty regulations are strictly followed.
