How It Works

  1. Customer Request Submission

    The customer accesses a public-facing or shared SharePoint form and fills in their quotation request, including company details, contact information, and a description of the required network services.
  2. Internal Review

    The submitted request is stored in a dedicated “Customer Requests” list. A team member is automatically notified via Infowise Alerts and assigned to handle the quote.
  3. Quotation Creation

    From the request, a new quote is generated in the “Network Quotations” list. The quote includes customer data (automatically pulled from the request).
  4. Add Line Items

    Using Infowise Associated Items, line items are added directly within the quote form. Each item represents a specific network service, with fields for description, unit cost, quantity, and tax. Total amounts are calculated automatically using formulas.
  5. PDF Generation & Delivery

    With one click, the quote is exported to a professionally styled PDF using Infowise Print. The document includes your branding, customer details, quote breakdown, and total. It can be downloaded or sent to the client via an Infowise Action Button.
