Challenge
Spartanburg County Public Libraries supports 250 staff members across 11 locations using SharePoint forms to manage internal collaboration and operational workflows.
After 12 years of building custom forms with their previous third-party platform, vendor-driven changes began creating challenges. Performance slowed, development became more complex, and the organization was being pushed away from SharePoint into a vendor-hosted cloud platform.
In some cases, building forms required nearly twice the effort compared to previous versions. The increasing complexity, cost, and loss of architectural control made it clear that a change was necessary.
Solution
