How It Works:

  1. Create an Invoice:

  3. Generate a PDF Invoice:
    After the form is saved, the system will automatically generate a PDF Invoice, and it will be stored in the Attachment column.
  4.  Send to the Client:
    After the PDF Invoice is generated and saved, the system sends the invoice to the client.
  5. Automatic Tracking:
    When the due date passes, the invoice status switches to Overdue, and reminders are issued to the client or responsible team.
