Your trial and license registration experience will differ based on your environment: on-premises or Microsoft 365.
Microsoft 365 customers subscribe to Ultimate Forms on a monthly or yearly basis. Yearly subscriptions include a discount. You must continue to have an active subscription to be able to use any features of Ultimate Forms.
On-premises environments will be licensed by the number of front-end servers. The initial license fee includes support for the first time. Starting with the second year you may purchase support separately. Although not strictly required, it is strongly recommended to always have active annual support. This ensures that you can always upgrade to the latest versions, as well as contact us with questions and requests.
