For Office 365 app registration, follow the link at the bottom of this page.

Once you purchase license keys, you need to enter them to prevent the product from expiring.

Use Capability Dashboard, accessible through Central Administration, to enter your keys. The keys can be entered either manually, one by one, or by the means of an XML filed you received from us (recommended).

Manual Entry

  • Go to Capability Dashboard
  • Locate the product you want to register
  • Click on the registration status
  • Enter one in the entry box
  • Click Register
  • Repeat for additional keys

Batch Entry

  • Go to Capability Dashboard
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page
  • Click on Browse and select the XML file
  • Click Import


NOTE: After registering, make sure the number of registered server equals the total number of servers. Unless both are equal, registration will not come into effect. If you have additional application server running Web Application service, they also require licenses. You can obtain free licenses for app servers from us upon request.
