The creation of PowerApps is another innovative initiative taken by Microsoft. The sales manager took the initiative of developing a customized application where he can himself store data, and enhance communication with the help of Microsoft Flow.

 He used the Application to determine the company’s sales representatives and their supervisor's performance and boost the efficiency of communication between doctors and sales teams.

After the functioning of the Application, the supervisors were able to perform various tasks in a timely fashion due to smart alerts and notification sent out by the Application. In addition to the fact that supervisors were able to make strategic decisions based on data available to them through the App. Based on data results, They were able to prepare better plans for their targeted regions and were capable of accomplishing a daily bunch of tasks. 

Hawkary Pharmaceuticals is testing another App after witnessing the growing acceptance. He is building this new App so that the representatives can access consolidated information more conveniently within the DRM.

The data for these apps are stored in SharePoint or their accounting software, Microsoft Great Plains. The solutions were built by some data analysts with no prior experience. The Power Platform solution has completely replaced the old paper-based sign-off process and is still functioning to retain their success.
