We are currently experiencing intermittent connectivity issues with one of our Azure SQL databases. We are working with Microsoft Support to resolve the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.
More info: the main database that stores app configurations began to intermittently produce connection time-out errors, leading to various function of Ultimate Forms to stop working, such as Actions, some Alerts, etc. Note all connections were refused, from what we saw someting between 10-20% of requests failed during that time.
UPDATE: as of the morning, it appears to be back to normal.
