Ultimate Forms Connected Lookup Column App

Create cascading master-detail relationships between lookup columns in SharePoint lists and document libraries. Filter city column values by country, it is as easy as it should be! This version works in Office 365
Connected Lookup Column, a component of Ultimate Forms, is a SharePoint 2013 app that helps you take the built-in lookup columns to a new level:
  • Unlimited number of cascading levels - you can chain together as many columns are you like, each parent can have unlimited children and each child can have its own children.
  • Missing values can be added directly, without interfering with your current task

Some apps can be used both on Office 365 and on premises, but most will not work on premises. App support must be enabled on your on-premises farm. You can install app both from the Office Store and by downloading the .app file from our website, in some cases the latter option provides more functionality, but also requires your consent to a higher level of permissions.

On premises
  • Server License with Annual Support - entitles you to the right of installing the product on one front-end server, including the right to contact us on non-bug related issues within the period of one year, you may also upgrade to any future major/minor version.
  • Server License - entitles you to the right of installing the product on one front-end server. Front-end server is one responding to user requests (web server). This license is not time-limited, but you are not entitled to new major/minor versions, except for explicit bug fixes within the first 12 months.
  • Developer License - entitles you to the right of installing the product on one front-end server in non-production environment. Note that you must order at least one full server license to have the right to order a developer license.
  • Annual Support Renewal - extends the annual support for another year.

  • Monthly Site Subscription - grants to up to 1000 users the right of using the product on a single SharePoint site, does not include technical support.
