You use the web part in two steps.

  1. First you define a profile in the app.
  2. Then you place a Infowise Form web part on a page and select the profile in its properties.

Create a Profile

  • Open the app by clicking on Design on the list
  • Switch to Counters and click to create a new profile
  • Select a list, then specify optional settings, such as font sizes
  • Add one or more counters
    • Select a column to count.
    • Select an operator. Only relevant operators for the column type are presented.
    • Optionally add conditions.
    • If using Trends options, enter conditions for the previous value
    • If using Percentage option, enter conditions for the total value
    • Optionally specify colors and labels
  • Save the profile with a unique name

Placing Web Part on Page

  • Create or select a page
  • Edit the page
  • Place the Infowise Form web part
  • In the web part properties, switch Type to Counter
  • Select the profile you created
  • Save the page
