You use the web part in two steps.
- First you define a profile in the app.
- Then you place a Infowise Form web part on a page and select the profile in its properties.
Create a Profile
- Open the app by clicking on Design on the list
- Switch to Counters and click to create a new profile
- Select a list, then specify optional settings, such as font sizes
- Add one or more counters
- Select a column to count.
- Select an operator. Only relevant operators for the column type are presented.
- Optionally add conditions.
- If using Trends options, enter conditions for the previous value
- If using Percentage option, enter conditions for the total value
- Optionally specify colors and labels
- Save the profile with a unique name
Placing Web Part on Page
- Create or select a page
- Edit the page
- Place the Infowise Form web part
- In the web part properties, switch Type to Counter
- Select the profile you created
- Save the page
