Generate Associated Items

Generates items/tasks in Associated Items column based on users/groups specified in the accompanying Person or Group column. Each user is assigned an individual item/task according to the settings of the Associated Items column. On premise, the column must be referencing Associated Task content type and have Generate tasks automatically option checked. In Office 365, you can use any of the Infowise Associated content types.

  1. Site – select a site from the current site collection. Use runtime value to specify site URL only known at run time.
  2. List – select a list from the selected site. Use runtime value to specify list title only known at run time.
  3. Column name - select an Associated Items column
  4. Items – enter at least one filter value for selecting target list items for applying the action. To select a single item use the ID column.
  5. Person or Group column (Office 365 only) - column to set user name for each user to (such as Assigned To column in task lists)
  6. Values to set - set additional field values
